The extremely private backyard enjoys is very large and has a covered and lighted 12 x 16 ft gazebo with outdoor furniture perfect for socializing or relaxing as a group There is a large outdoor seating set, perfect for BBQing or dining al fresco. The backyard makes for an incredible and private urban oasis.
Guests will enjoy a very large and brand new hot tub with therapeutic jets, complementary ozone water cleansing system and multi colored LED lights perfect for a soak after a day biking, hiking, or skiing on the slopes.
There house also has a newly installed high efficiency Central Air system to keep you cool in the summer.
Guests will also love the kitchen with large pantries, range and stainless appliances. There is a large selection of small appliances provided as a courtesy to guest as well along with spices and other items to make our guests stays more comfortable and convenient.

What a wonderful place to stay. This property had top notch finishes throughout. We loved the space and all the upgrades. Very plush and roomy! The manager was super easy to work with and the location of the property was truly ideal. Kitchen was stocked w everything we needed and linen closet was stocked with towels. The views were amazing and the property was bright and sunny. We were in love with the furniture and the mattresses were the best I have ever slept on in any rental. 5 stars to this property and we will be back for sure! This is a really great property. 5 stars for sure. We have stayed in other spots before but this place was perfect and well worth it. It was very comfortable and well-stocked. We had plenty of soap, towels, TP, dish and laundry detergent- everything we needed. It was clean, quiet roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. Access to skiing, yoga and good restaurants. This place is a total score for the money and the location couldnt be beat and property was new and super high end.

Home was immaculate, kitchen well stocked and decorated beautifully. We were traveling with our twin babies and we rented baby equipment in Utah. The manager was so nice he let the woman go into property before we got there to bring items. Also, we decided to stay one more night and it was not a problem. If you need a place to stay look no more! Thank you again!
This place is really incredible. Very roomy, bright and awesome location. We will be coming back and had a great time with our larger group. Vastly better to any hotel and close to resorts and just minutes to the freeway and downtown with dining and shopping. Great value for the money and felt like we were in a high end hotel. Very easy to book and check in was a cinch.Thanks!
Great property w all the extras. Perfect location. Quiet and located at in Sugarhouse a short ways to base of canyon. Incredible hiking nearby. Large spacious garage. Attention to detail throughout. Owner is easy to work with. Amazing furnishings. Everything is new clean and updated. Would give this property 5 stars without question. Great value at the price being charged. I would recommend without any hesitation.

This was the perfect fit for our family and had everything we needed. High end everything, clean, comfortable and convenient access to downtown and resorts. Everything was great! Beds were super comfortable. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Yard was nice and neighborhood was quiet. This was place was bright, spacious, and well situated - just what we were looking for.
